Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, you can sign up and use Hyped Mind without a credit card. You only need to pay if you decided to upgrade your plan.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings -> Subscription. After cancelling, your chatbot will switch to Free plan at the end of your billing cycle. Any previous payments is not refundable.

How do I get help for building my first chatbot?

Most people are able to build a chatbot on Hyped Mind without going through any training. If you need additional help, you are welcomed to contact our support team.

How many languages does Hyped Mind support?

Currently we only support English as the primary language. We will progressively add support for other major languages in the months to come.
